R/W is this build still Viable?
I was looking around and I found this build, it seemed cool, but then the skills got nerfed. Was wondering if someone knew if this could still work or not.

It'd still work.
It isn't particularly good though, unless it's for some specific farming thing. |

Yes, it is still viable but not that great of an option. They are cool, but to me the best stance tank is this one:
